This White Bean Hummus is another fun spin on your traditional hummus. Instead of using garbanzo beans, I used white beans and added some rosemary for some amazing flavor. Serve this easy dip with veggies, or your favorite gluten free cracker. It is perfect for fall and football season, or really anytime of the year!

Ingredients:

15 ounce can white beans drained, reserving some of liquid reserved

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4  cup tahini

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add additional liquid from the beans if the dip is too thick. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. Enjoy!
