Need some quick and simple appetizer ideas?! I always do! We are heading to our good friend’s house for a little get together and I wanted to bring something yummy and fairly healthy! So here it is….they both take less then 5 minutes to make and the artichoke dip, only 15 minutes to cook. Hope you enjoy!

3 Ingredient Hot Artichoke Dip
1 cup of chopped, marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with carrots, celery, homemade pita chips or your favorite crackers! 

Tomato, Mozerella and Basil Skewers
I pint grape tomatoes 
1 cup of Marianated Mozerella balls, or 1 inch pieces of fresh chopped Mozerella 
6-8 basil leaves, torn into 1 inch pieces
Skewer the ingredients onto toothpicks, placing 1 tomato, 1 piece of Mozerella and 1 piece of basil on each. Drizzle with olive oil, for extra flavor and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
