These lamb meatballs are just another easy meal that will please the whole family. They are super versatile and can be served on top of a Greek Salad, on top of zoodles with sliced grape tomatoes and olives tomatoes, or with a side of grilled veggies. They would even make a great appetizer if you make them smaller.

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground lamb
2 eggs
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh shopped mint
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Form the lamb into 2 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through but still slightly pink.
Serve on top of a salad, or on the side of grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
