I have found that it is so important that I have healthy options in my fridge and cabinets, and have some good snack ideas ready to go. Grapes and cheese stick
Rice cake with almond/peanut ( or an other nut) butter and banana slices
Hummus with veggies
Quesadilla-Whole wheat tortilla with cheese
Popcorn with parmesan cheese and rosemary
Homemade guacamole with veggies and homemade tortilla chips
Whole wheat pretzel sticks with cheese or peanut butter
Pita Pizza-top a whole wheat pita with sauce and cheese and bake until bubbly!
