I just created a smoothie that is a cross between the ones that Sarah Wragge and Reese Witherspoon recently posted! It is the greenest and most satisfying smoothie I have ever had. It will remind you of a green juice, but instead of juicing, you throw all of the fruit into a blender, skin and seeds included, so it is full of fiber and so many vitamins and minerals! 
It is filling and refreshing and SO good for you! Sip on this one all day long. The recipe below makes 2 servings so save some for tomorrow or share with a friend!

Ingredients:

8 oz coconut water (no sugar)
1/2 avocado (remove skin)
1/2 cucumber (with skin)
3 celery stalks
Handful of spinach
1/2 Apple (with skin and seeds)
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 whole lemon (with skin)
1/2 whole lime (with skin)
Chunk of ginger
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp almond butter

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. (I use a Vitamix!) Blend until smooth. You might need to add more liquid, or stop and use a spoon to scrape down the sides and then blend again. Pour into a mason jar and enjoy for up to 2 days! Enjoy!
