Do you ever need a guilt free pick me up?! This little energy balls are the answer! They are naturally sweetened with dates and packed with chia seeds and nuts for some healthy protein and fat. They are a great post workout snack, or the perfect after dinner treat. Ingredients:

10 dates, soaked in warm water to soften, then drained

1/2 cup raw cashews

1/2 cups raw almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp maca powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it starts to form a ball and come together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
