Ingredients:
3 overripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° in grease and 8 x 8 baking pan. In a medium bowl, combined bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Add the almond and tapioca flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix until there are no lumps.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan on top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
